My coaching approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and the Co-Active belief that every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I want you to feel brave and empowered to be your bold, audacious self.

I draw on nearly 30 years of professional experience to help you access your own clarity and wisdom. I believe that each individual is wholly capable, complete, and able to determine their own right answer.

I am a Co-Active trained coach with bachelor degrees in French and International Studies from Miami University, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Northwestern University, and an Executive Leadership Coaching certificate from Harvard University.
